Unrequited Love

Unrequited Love

I cried myself to sleep last night;
Another day with out her just doesn’t seem right.

I walk to my mirror.
I stand there and stare.
Why can’t I have her it doesn’t seem fair.

What must I do, what must I say.
To direct her beautiful eyes my way.

I want her.
I need her.
I’d do any thing to please her.

The moon, the stars, if she wants them their hers.
But the road of love is plagued with curves.

It warms my heart just saying her name.
If only my sweetheart felt the same.

She is my passion.
My light.
My heavenly dove.
But most of all, my unrequited love
