A Walk in the Park

A Walk in the Park

As we walk through the park on that cool fall day
I pull you in close, cause I just have to say

That you’re more beautiful, than anyone, ever should be
And no man deserves you, least of all me

You smile at me and my heart just melts
How lucky I am, this card I’ve been dealt

You gaze into my eyes, down into my soul
You complete me sweetheart, you make me whole

You whisper in my ear, ‘if you only knew”
“Everything I am, I am cause of you”

It must be the wind because I’m starting to cry
It sweeps us up and we start to fly

We fly over the trees and dance in the air
It feels as though the rest of world isn’t there

I mouth, I love you with out a sound
As you kiss my lips we float back to the ground

I tell you, I will never leave your side
You take my hand and away we glide

And as we walk through the park on that cool fall day
I tell you sweetheart, I fell in love today
