Amanda......this is fabulous. To use the old cliche, "where have you been all my life?" Your writing contiunues to wow me more and more. Truthfully and with all sincerity, of everyone I read on this great sight, you remain and will always be my favorite. Your writing just meets me and greets me the way poetry should. Now, for the real deal......thank you for my "Inspiration" and thinking enough to write that poem. It is beautiful and coniderate that you should go to such effort. With the exception of a couple for "roses are red"poems from neices and nephews, this is the first poem I've ever received that didn't say Hallmark or American Greetings on it. Thank you and you too, are a terrific person and friend.

love that part! this is such a great poem, and i agree with most of what you said, it's better to be a one of a kind in stead of a copy of the world, great message!
