Beautifully penned. I truly love the last couplet. So many people are oblivious to that, rather unfortunatly. Take Care 5/5

Thanks for the vote, and comment, Nada. I would like to share more information about the inspiration for this poem. The title was taken from a comment from a young woman named Angel. After she had stolen my car, which she had traded for drugs. When she told me she was sorry it would have been impossible for me to forgive her by my human nature. I told her that she was forgiven if she was truly sorry. As she wept she said you have the most beautiful heart in the world. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I know that many Muslims accept the sorry of Jesus as true. They do not believe he is a unique member of the Trinity. Christians are required to forgive to be forgiven. True contrition requires sorrow. Anyone who is truly sorry for a sin has a resolve not to commit that sin again, and wants to make amends. There is justice and mercy. God is just and infinitely merciful.

    Beautiful and insightful.
It was apparent how much thought you put into this poem that describes a near undescribable thing.

this was a great poem It was well executed and you expressed your feeling of loss and forgiveness. All and all a great read I feel. I am not much for forgiveness and godly thing because I afeel I am far from his eyes but that neither here nor there it was a good read and your a great writer good job.

I like the rhyming and the meaning is two fold for me it's quite genius it's both about love and about religion for me and I love the beginning half since I love betrayals in love I know bad of me but since it's now typical to at least have it once as week to either hear it or experience it I thought it was nice especially since the person was an "angel" to the relgious part of the poem I think it's quite beautiful you made the Bible seem beautiful because although it is (don't get me wrong) for me it's a tad boring at times thanks again for making me think that poetry can make almost anything beautiful :) 5/5
