Matt and Carissa

by No Motiv?   Jun 5, 2005

Dedicated to my friend and [recently] his future wife.
----
It's because I see how happy he is

When words are told of his one true love.

I don't often view them together,
but when I do,

[their tension] their beauty fills the air.

One could kick the man and yet he wouldn't notice,

had he his lover by his side.

Ordinary people yearn for their accomplishment;

for they have found each other to coalesce in harmony....

Do many people know this happiness?

No.

He found himself on one knee last week,

Asking for her hand indefinitely.

The world saw a most beautiful smile that night when she said 'yes'.

Forever [together] they'll laugh at the world,

Because they share what the world's looking for...

Young, yet, subliminal love...
