Wow, wierd. You've been gettingf the summer sensations too I see....

Well, i think this poem is pretty self-explanitory. It's about the calm feeling you recieve from nature, yet, it still dos not ease your mind completely of that special person?

So yeah, whatever its meaning, i like it. Short and sweet, and it leaves a pretty ending that indulges in our longings.

The gentle breeze of summer along with being bitten by that love bug leaves any person feeling out of tune with the rest of the world.

Short, sweet, and to the point, but very good. The reader can actually see the images running through their mind.

I can't tell if the person who commented before me was kidding or not... I didn't think rhyming was necessary for this poem, although you did rhyme trees and degrees at the end. I thought this poem was overwhelmingly peaceful. I felt like it was some sort of extended haiku, only more satisfying. The flowing change of syllables per line might have done it, or maybe it was just the topic. Hm. I think I'm going to go meditate or something now.
