Very well done. You bring up the same type of arguments as my dad. They say God won't send anything your way that you can't handle. Religion is something that people can talk about until their blue in the face. We will never know the truth until our death. This poem was well thought out! You did an amazing job! Very creative poem! Take Care! Brooke~

I could answer every single one of your questions honestly, and give you several more...but somehow I think you'd be too set in this thought process for someone to reach you. The poem was well written however, I simply wish someone with your talent in literary arts would read about what they're speaking of before condemning God.

I appreciate your comments, let me say this...I simply wish someone with your literary talents would read about what they're speaking of, before condeming God. That's the only thing I want you to hear from what i've said, and I promise you, i'll say no more...it is as first suspected.

Right now, I am kind of iffy on the whole God thing. I def. agree with your piece. Where was he? I wrote a poem like this not too long ago. I didn't post it though. Good job....

Very heartfelt comments. I tend to sit on the fence with such arguments but expressed yourself well. The poem had great flow and did't lose tempo despite the length. I liked the use of capitals in 2 of the stanzas, it really came over as you shouting.

As someone who has only recently begun to discover my faith (seriously, I only decided to get baptised last night haha) I completely understand where you're coming from. I ask myself this question all the time and there are a million things people will tell you such as, "how would we know true happiness without true despair?" But I still have difficulties with this whole issue. I think writing a poem about your beliefs is really difficult to do, especially when you feel as passionately as you do, mine always come out garbled and un-structured and generally don't make too much sense. Good job once again!
