I was your friend
when you weren't so bad.
I thought I was until the end
we used to be so glad.

I was your friend
until you didn't write.
Did you give up on us?
its such a sad, sad sight.

I was your friend
til you turned to sex and alcohol
oh so much has changed
you did all that instead of all our calls.

I was your friend
but now I'm not.
I hope your glad
because I am not.

    Wow, i know you wrote this poem a few years back, but hey i like it i can relate to your poem, not everyone stays the same, i went through that myself, listen friends are not disposable, you miss the real friend in, her. she is not the same when she is another person.. thank you for commenting my poem of me and billy the kid never got along, that was funny, i read your poems.
