aww i see what you mean .. my god it is hard to stop isn't it .. i managed to stop for 7 weeks before i cut my hand .. i consider that an improvement because i usully cut my atrms .. anyhoo i guess i wanted to say greatr poerm and if you ever need anything im here xx
