Do It Once, Do It Twice

by healing wounds   Jul 19, 2005

Why don’t I feel the pain?
I cause when I slice the vein
It’s like I’m not real
So I have to peel
My own skin from the pain within
I do it once, I do it twice
Until I feel I have paid the price
What pain is left will soon bleed out
So for now I live in doubt
That one day I will have no pain
But for the mean time
I do it once, I do it twice
Until I feel I have paid the price.

Alot how I feel.. but I cna't cut anymore on my wrists.. the skin won't grow back.. Its odd, but I like the flow of the poem. The wording at times was a bit akwards but understandable, I like it ^.^
