My Teddy Bear Love Story : Pt. 2

If I remember correctly,
standing above my lifeless love
I heard that teddy bear,
sing that song we both sung.

As the blood dripped from your pale face,
such a beautiful contrast,
with our fingers gently laced,
It was then I knew what we had.

It was a love full of passion,
with your eyes filled with hate.
And if I could have read between those lines,
I wouldn't have been a second to late.

And as I sang those sad tears
That teddy bear, with its cold stares,
whispered in my ear,
whispered that dance that we shared.
