My Disease

by Drew Gold   Aug 24, 2005

I breathe my love and i taste your flesh
every day i need it less and less
i feel your warmth and i smell your stench
its not you, but the idea i have to quench
you see my pain and still you\'re playing
toying with the mask you\'ve been portraying
i feel the end and I\'m pulling it closer
but no way am i allowed that closure
i sense your heart and i feel the beat..
thats the point where the blade will meet
i find your weakness as u fall to your knees..
just as u found mine, you fuc.king disease
i taste your wound and with it I\'m so in tune
with how your feeling, n what you\'re going through
you\'re just feeling it a little later than i did
and a little sooner that i\'d wish

I liked this one a great deal, and know that in no way am I being critical, simply suggestive. I've seen such wonderful words from you, there doesn't seem to be any reason why you'd "slang" it all down(You = u, etc...) I'd love to see you tap into a more eloquent side, I think you could be a thousand times better, and you're certainly great as it is.
