Years of fears and tears,
Tears from years of fears,
Fears of tears of coming years,
All because of you.

You tore me down,
When weak and young,
But mommy hid the hurt,
With nursery rhymes sung.

Then I grew older,
I uncovered more and more,
Mommy became depressed,
And love was all I wished for.

The truth behind the lies were discovered,
Memories turn from good to bad,
Everything and everyone now broken apart,
So much for the life we had.
