I Don't Want To Understand, But I Will.

A choke, a stutter, a broken heart,
What the Hell do you mean it's over?
Love, it busted, through my seams,
But now, it seeps through silent screams.

Pounding, sobbing, awe-struck by far,
Didn't you say, we'd stay what we are?
A tear, a heart, shattered so well,
You said forever, so what the Hell?

Screaming, hitting, a hole in the wall,
Your words pound my head, they don't stall.
I wish you saw, how I felt for you,
Then maybe, you'd be here still, too.

A yell, a plead, a single lady,
Nothing could keep you here with me.
Why? I ask, but you turn away,
I wish, but nothing will make you stay.

I don't want to understand, but I will,
And silently, for you, I would kill.
Biting my tongue, crying, for you,
When I said "I love you", at least it was true.

    This was an amazing poem Sarah. The physical elements that you put in it, like punching the wall and how love busted through the seams, it all fitted perfectly and It was very vivid. I don't know what you were thinking when you wrote this, but it seems like it could be made into a movie to me o.O I dunno, thats just what I pictured as I was reading. Like a murder mystery/romance kind of thing. You did an excellent job with this. I love the whole concept behind it too. It's hard to comprehend at first, which makes you keep reading. This was a lovely peice. I love you!

    I love everything that you write! Your structure is perfect and the rhyming and flow are great. It's awesome, everything is wonderful!! I have no advice because it requires none. Your words expressed great emotion...you held a complete thought. Man!! You're great!
