Don't Change

by ElegantlyWasted   Sep 16, 2005

A stranger in a foreign place, Separated from all she knew,
Somehow found a certain girl, Who in-turn was down and blue.

Compassion you see was endless, As a friendship soon arose,
We don't know how they did it, But that day their bond did grow.

Alone and down in spirits, Sick of death and feeling pain,
Judged by parents and "friends", As somewhat mentally insane.

They found they had a shoulder, To cry and scream upon,
And no matter how hard it became, They'd prove those doubters wrong!

They overcame all adversity, And regained that certain spark,
Because even though life got ugly, Their love was strong at heart.

I wasn't sure where to put this but oh well. It's about those who stuck beside me through their pain and mine. So Jacklyn, Ari and Stephi I'd just like to say thank you and i love j00 all heaps.

^And this stanza gives some hope for all of us. :D We are all fighters in this war, and the love remains strong with hardship. Well done, Kalah.

    Love Always,
