So long.

Times I think about calling
putting this stupid shit aside
an old friendship lost?

I understand we're different
You've changed I've been told
from parting and sex
to isolated and cold.

Kick all your friends to the curb
This is not who you were
Friends were of gold
But I guess gold can be sold

We use to run together
our views were the same
Now words behind my back
and my name used in vain.

Your going to have a baby
congratulations just the same
But tell me this
Who's kid is it?

You call me easy,
but look at yourself
Two could be the father
I've been with this one forever!

So I have no use in bothering to call
I must just be wishing
the times never ended
So to you my memories are surrendered.

Have a good life
and if you ever think of it.
Maybe we could get along
and drop all this shit!

Okay good idea. i really like the idea. the poem is simple which is not my style most of the time but then again i am not great at portraying feelings and you did a fantastic job. the rhyme scheme was very weird im not sure if you were using one at all if you werent its okay but with poems that dont rhyme i think they should be more metaphorical instead of simple but 4/5 good job
