Your eyes

by bex   Oct 10, 2005

Your eyes, they see the best of me,
You've been here twice before
Your pure of heart died long ago
but the essence still lingers on

The rain disturbs our settled ground
Your eyes they seem so still
Echoed thoughts I've yet to say
keep burning me from within

Bind your hands with mine
Every touch a glimpse of what I had
Heart implodes as you speak the words I've longed to hear
