Losing You.

by Jesse James   Oct 17, 2005

I know I'm not too pretty,
Or even all that clever,
But you chose me to be your friend.
Said you'd stick around forever.

But I don't really want this,
If you don't want it too,
You just don't love me,
The way that I love you.

I'm so shit scared of losing this,
What me and you had,
But nothing hurts like you,
Nothing has ever been so hard.

If you turn your back,
What am I gonna do?
If you leave me here,
I'll have nothing to lose.

So, life could go either way,
Choose me, or will you leave?
But like I've always told you, baby,
"It only hurts when I breathe."
