Like a Seashell

by myshiningstar14   Oct 30, 2005

Like a seashell, you lie lifelessly in the sea, crawling at your innocence, you cling on for he life of me. As the rain hits the water, you are shaken by what you didn't see, the love in my eyes.
The smell of my hair, the tenderness of my skin, and as you breath me in for the first time, your strength has been renewed. Suddenly, you awake and your memory is restored, you glance up, trace my face, and kiss the softness from my lips.
Among the tenderness of the forbidden sun, i come alive in your arms, arising to the sound of your deep loving voice. I do not recognize myself. For I am not what i once was, before i met you.
The simple complexity of my mind, and the wonder transformed in a mediocre- state of divine nature, so allured by the sense of your renounced presence, that it cannot compare to thy need of ones affection.
And beneath the indulgence of your endowed presence, I find myself lost in you. This center of your love causes me to see beyond all the lies, and deceived hopes, to see the more I see in you.
