To Save My Life

Those three little words mean so much
You don't know how many times
they've saved my life
They've protected me from the blade of a knife

When you say,"I Love You, I Really Do Care,
and I'll Always be here to help you!"
My tears finally dry up
and I once again have hope in my eyes
Life is my friend again..For Now!

You say I'm just posing
that I'm not really this sad,It makes me mad,
cause you don't know who I really am!
And you never will, cause I won't let you in
Cause this painful pool will surround you and you'll drown

This pain is so overwhelming
It just swells up inside of me
and when the misery pours out
I write it all down
and slowly my frown turns into a smile
And I'm happy again..For Now!!!

Until the next time I wish to die
and the knife is even closer
to touching the skin
And I slowly begin to think that no one cares
and that I'm completely worthless again.

All You have to do to save my life is say.....
I LOVE YOU!!!!
