I Don't Think

by Matt Carroll   Nov 8, 2005

I don't think I'll ever understand
How my thoughts can really be
And I don't think I'll ever get
Why this he just can't see

I know it's wrong to feel this way
The story now unfurls
She taunts my mind, teases my eyes
But she's my brother's girl

I see her almost everyday
My eyes light up with feeling
"But it could never really be"
I say as I stare at the ceiling

It feels so right, I know it's wrong
Feelings just don't bleed away
I'm sorry bro, I really am
But feelings for her are here to stay
