You Are

by Larry   Nov 9, 2005

You are the air I breathe,
An island I choose not to leave;
You are my port in a storm,
And the fire which keeps me warm!

You are the love of my life,
You give me shelter from my strife;
You give me strength when I tire,
You multiply my desire!

You are the Angel I dream of,
The only Angel I am meant to love;
The Angel for whom I would die,
My sweet Angel, never say goodbye!

You are the song I sing,
The queen who loves her king;
You are the visions I dream,
And a beautiful, natural, stream!

You are the beautiful sounds I hear,
And, when I cry, you are my tears;
You are the brook in which I dip,
And, when I sail, you are my ship!
