The Age of Corruption

by Susannah   Nov 20, 2005

17 parking lots within a mile ain't enough
Pack 56 Wal Mart trucks full of stuff
There's no pain,
It's a game.
You have to be tough
(or be swallowed)

We'll pay sixty bucks for a Mexican to rake
Well pay them less than the ones out of state
Its not fair
We dont care
When there's less to give
There's more to take

We stain our lives with beepers and phones
We can't leave our Porsche on the street all alone
Grab your bags
Pricey tags
Let's take Prada home.

We pollute, desecrate and defile
We dump our waste into vast piles
Across the land
In God's hands
I wonder why?
