I wanna fall asleep,
Wrapped up tight in your arms,
My head on your soft chest,
Feeling the steady beat of your heart,
Your gentle, innocent rhythm, entwined with my own,
In a silent song that only those in love could understand.

I wanna dream at night,
Of the essence of your kiss,
And the comfort of your touch,
The way you hold me so close and tell me you love me,
And the way your eyes say so much more than words ever could.

I wanna wake up in the morning,
Still wrapped up in your arms,
My head still on your chest,
Still feeling the gentle beat of your heart,
And look up to see you smiling back at me,
Melting my heart, touching my soul, with your silent... "I love you".
