You Love Me But I Hurt You

I seen the tears rolling down your cheek
You tried to hold me down but you was getting weak

By the tight grip of your hands on my arm
I knew then that you loved me and didn't want to cause me any harm

I could hear your voice breaking and you sniffles over the phone
Until i took you back you wouldn't leave me alone

To make me smile you sang to me in your wonderful voice
Being your girlfriend and fiance was my best choice

I tried to kill myself but you wouldn't let me
The hurt i caused you is plain to see

For all that you done to me caused me no harm
But however, it did set off my alarm

Now i can see how much you love me
Maybe i can try to make you happy

You love me but i hurt you
Hopefully our problems we can work through

    It's a really good poem, except there's a couple of grammatical errors that you can fix to make it look better. Great poem though! I definately felt the love that came from this. 5/5

    This is a good poem i like how it was pain and then happiness at the end...well written although the flow was a bit off but either way i liked it a lot.
