The first crystal snowflakes touch the ground
The trees and grass it does surround
A blanket of white magical bliss
Marking it is time, winter's first kiss

Happiness cascade our children's hearts
As they rush out to play
Throwing snowballs and sledding
On this beautiful Christmas Day

A field of sparkling diamonds glow
Precious snow angels upon the snow
Glittering flakes melt on our tongues
As we inhale, crisp air into our lungs

As we look down through the meadow
Everything glistens within our sight
Nature's beauty completely surrounds us
As we watch snow birds take flight

Out of the corner of my twinkling eyes
I see a sight that takes me by surprise
Two beautiful horses pulling a sled
Children upon it, with faces of glowing red

Snuggled and bundled up warmly
Love felt deep within their hearts
Wonderful moments they're creating
Memories never to be forgot.
