turn your face around
and look at me
look at me closely
and tell me what you see

why are my eyes teary?
why shouldn't they be?
probably because your leaving
far away from me

hold me tight in your arms
promise to never let me go
together we'd always be
but my love will never show

tears are coming from my eyes
because you can't be by my side
the truth is that for you
a million tears I've cried

i have to admit that I'm confused
that I'm stuck in between
I'll figure out something and
with one of you I'll have to be without

i miss your gentle touch
against my face
i miss your hands around me
that warm and sweet embrace

but with you is where I'm happy
i can't ever leave your side
i just wish that you are here
to wipe away the tears that I've cried
