Moon Goddess

by Jorge Luis   Dec 29, 2003

She's a vision of beauty turning sight into blur,
with a glory that's richer than the finest of fur...
Her shape is the key that opens a land of dreams,
where clouds hide the tears, & wind steal the screams...
Equipped with a magic which makes all eyes gaze,
at the daughter of beauty, & child of all praise....
Look! she's catching stars, grabbing them with might,
Gaze at the moon goddess rising slowly in the night...
She's a queen, and a marvel how true this is,
but she's also the answer to my heartbreaking quiz...
