My Goddess

She Helped me through the dark
She picked up the pieces of my heart
She made me love again
My one and only friend

Without her i don't know where I'd be
Probably still drowning in my misery
I had lost it all
but only begun to fall

Then she appeared
And everything seemed clear
My goddess of light
She lifted my soul to flight

I was lifted from my eternal night
by her unearthly light
she wiped away my tears
and chased away all my fears

Now I am hers
And she is mine
We'll be together for all of our time
