Fake it.

by Jesse James   Jan 10, 2006

Your eyes are looking hollow
Your body's beginning to rot
You've lost everything you ever had
And you never had a lot

It's so easy to pick on you
Lost in imperfections
Too caught up in yourself
So critical of your reflection

You had your chance and lost it
Get over this and move on
Stop blaming me for shit
You know I'm already gone

I miss the way we bumped elbows
How neither of us walked straight
the way I made you smile
but now it's just too late

Smile baby, fake it.
Say you do it for them
You know you're killing yourself
THAT's what they'll remember in the end.
