Liked this poem as well but I think you need to fix some things.

"to feel all rejoice." I'm not sure why but something don't sound write when you say it and the other thing is

"but now my hearts in two." sounded fine but didn't becuase you can't have two hearts maybe you should say: but now my heart is in two
