This looks like it could have some serious potential to be an excellent poem. If you ellaborate a little bit more on your own emotions, it would add that personal touch that everyone loves in a poem.
I really do like the idea of this, its only short but i can tell it was written with passion.

Overall not a badly written piece, but could be so much more!
