Ohhh Tisha, this poem is so sad... this line broke my heart:

She holds on to hope as tightly as she can
She reaches for the doctor with her tiny hand

Really sad, inspirational indeed. Someone who has little, giving to someone who has nothing. And they say that the more charitable you are, the longer you live . . . The actual poem was excellent, the structure faded a little at points, but the rhyming was really great. Well written.
