A Bleeding Heart's Memory (bout my no good-biological ****)

by Jo   Feb 20, 2006

We were separated before/at birth,
You and I.
We haven't made any contact since,
Not one time.

You left me without even saying good bye,
Way back when.
You forgot all about us,
Not caring how Mom and I felt within.

I never knew you could be so cold,
A man without a heart.
But after I heard what the REAL you was like,
I realized how far from being a man you truly are.

How could you go on in life,
Knowing you had a daughter somewhere?
Just that alone,
Shows that you never cared.

Maybe some day you'll see what you missed out on,
But I doubt you'll ever change.
Being a person without a heart,
I bet you don't even know/remember my name.

I used to make efforts to find you,
Holding on to hope that I was wrong.
But you never tried to return the favor,
I hope it's because you're ashamed of what you've done.

I never want you in my life,
Not after what you did.
It's been forever now since you left,
But after what you did,
I hope forever never ends.

Oh my gosh hun... I am so sorry about your dad. I hope that you'll be okay, and I'm sorry that he's hurt you like this. If you ever need to talk I'm always here! Keep up the great writing though..xoxo
