Though it is a long poem, you kept the emotion flowing from A to Z. The repitition in the last lines creates a positive impression and the emphaisis is great. Love it

This was such a touching poem. How sad. Whether it's based on facts or not, it certainly captured my heart. You've portrayed the subject's sentiments of dread quite well, which surely made this poem a fine success.

"How can one live without a heart?
How can I live without a heart?"

^Those lines are very truthful and provocative. Without a heart, indeed, a man obviously has no life. Literally. Figuratively.

I think it would be better read if the "letter" part was structured more as a letter. Overall the emotion in this piece is overwhelming and expressed well. It tells a very sad dtory indeed. 5/5
