The Voice Inside

by Cantchangeme   Jan 18, 2004

Thoughts of you keep me awake
My smile I give you is plastic and fake
as my blood forms a pool on the floor
I think of you my beautiful wh0re
You hurt me now cant you see
your blackened heart is killing me
You give me a book tell me to read
Take away my freedom I can’t breathe
Seeing is believing, nothing is real
A crimson voice begs the question
Have you ever seen god?
Have you ever seen god?
Have you ever seen god?

I look inside your blackened heart
Your ink filled veins
A lost soul tied in chains
I tried to call you that night all alone
you locked your door switched off your phone
What have I done to become this hated
My love for you is eternally fated

I think I hate you
I think I want to kill you
I hate you
I want to kill you
I Love you
I loved you so much
you asked me to change
you don’t know how much I tried
the only way out now is suicide

You all hurt her
Those days she cried alone
But her life was misery
And we are her clone
No pain no suffering
Now her life is through
But now that she’s dead
She killed a part of you

I now leave you all
To be by her side
Thank you all for listening
I am the voice that lives inside
