Her exquisite suicide.......

by blackdyingrose   Feb 27, 2006

Beautiful as usual, with cuts across her wrists.
She cries alone in darkness, and wonders will she be missed?
She's drowning in her unshed tears, choking on her pain.
Her world has lost all sunshine, and she's tired of the rain.
This exquisite suffering, has been with her too long.
She wonders why she feels this way, what did she do wrong?
And the punishment she's getting, is tearing her apart.
She already was punished, when he tore her paper heart.
So just cause she seems quiet, and she doesn't want to talk.
You wouldn't either, if it took effort just to walk.
And she keeps on asking, 'Do you think it hurts to die?'
Because it's hurting so much more, to have to stay alive.
So she makes the final cut, and bleeds for the last time.
And she writes a poem in blood, doesn't matter it won't rhyme.
When they found her lying on the bloody bathroom floor.
They realised what they had done, and it hurt them even more.
