Perfect

We live in a world that is supposed to be round,
But that is something to question.
Its surface is supposed to be perfectly smooth,
But that is a false perception.
In actual fact it is not perfect,
In any way known to humanity.
It is filled with imperfect people,
Who live their lives drowning in vanity.
It’s a world occupied by beings,
Who are constantly striving for perfection.
Knowing the outcome is inevitably failure,
It is still attempted with a complicated intention.
There is only one thing in this world,
That achieves the title of perfect.
It is the essence of who we all are,
And it is to be perfectly imperfect.
