Can we pretend we never parted

Can we let this Love be dear

So i can forget all that i fear

Can i say you loved me too
Say that you cared for me
As much as i did you

If only for a moment
Can we call us more than friends
And when they ask if i still Love you
I'll say more than "it depends"

If only for a moment
Can we say we never parted
Just lie and say i never cried
Pretend this sadness never started

If only for a moment
Can we pretend you Love me too
Cause only for a lifetime
I'm trapt in Love with you
