The Rain Down

by Beautiful   Mar 7, 2006

Some things just won't ever change,
Like when it rains.

All the time there's really no one
To blame,

Like when it rains.

The rain down ladies and gentlemen;

Secrets that won't ever be told.

The truth you must hold.

Dreams that are broken;
Voices from there on out;

Soft spoken.

Hearts that are torn
By past lovers

Thought they could share
Their whole lives with each other.

Do you have a secret you've
Never told

That's eating away at your heart
while you continue to get old?

Let it out.

Spread those wings.
If you aren't free,

How can you fly?

Why would you allow yourself
To die?

There's something stopping you
From living your life,

You know it's true
Because you cry every night.

Let all of your pain out,
And at night there'll be nothing left

To cry about.

Rain up,
Not down.

Don't allow your
Soul to shrivel up and drown.
