Light After Dark

by Chit Cyn   Mar 17, 2006

Tainted kisses, forever set me free
Love letters torn in lines and crease
Faded pictures, spoiled cards and dreams
Those pieces of you and those unsung hymns

Bittersweet recollection I buried long ago
Yesteryear\'s traces of a love that was sworn
Deciphering things where I have done wrong
In deepest slumber, I still can sing a song

Standing firm from hurtaches I have been
Im better off now as I learned to forgive
Pieces of you start fading when I start to forget
A light of peace I see when the pains near its end

Cascading schemes in wonderland I have been
Hearts in circus, in a fool\'s fantasy swing
No love will ever ponder if Im deepened with sin
A light of breath I see at the end of the scene

A tireless heart wont stop unless it feels
A dream-filled vision, the vacuum it fills
Hello good love, this time, it must be real
Goodbye heartaches, be gone with the wind
