Loves Life Song

by Karen Simpson   Mar 27, 2006

Bare feet against the soft soil
Remembering times of toil
Life slipping into silence
Beauty lost all brilliance

Walking on waters side
Pain numbly subsides
Slipping into darkness abyss
Ignoring loves final kiss

Whispering by trees shown
Wind makes itself known
Dropping loves final wish
One that will not be missed

If only time had paused
Only it could have caused
Hope a second chance
At loves beautiful dance

I have officially decided that while nicoles poems are thoughtfull...and matt's are deep and dark....yours are some of the most beautiful work i've read...this on in particular sets like ...i dunno! a mood of some sort and i love it!
