You are with me

I charge into battle
my sword raised
enemies charge towards me
but I am not afraid because you are at my side

I stumble, look back
and you are there
you catch me before I hit the ground
set me back on my feet
ready to carry on

I know I can overcome anyone who is against me
nothing is too big, too hard
I plunge on into the thick of the battle
and I know I’ll be fine
because you are with me

    I liked this poem. It had a bigger meaning than what the words say and I enjoyed that. I'm not really a free-verse writer, but I still liked your poem, it was good. Keep up to nice workd :).
