Blame the one I became

by Mona   Apr 27, 2006

You took my arm and tightly clutched it
Yet your wall remained untouched
Until I bashed my fists right into it
And broke it down, bit by bit

You cried, you cried in the rain
No one noticed, so you did it again
You stood, you stood against the thunder
But it was too late you were falling under

I didn't stay to catch your fall
Didn't stay to rebuild your wall
Left you in your misery and alone
For you to make it on your own

You screamed, you screamed my name
Blamed oh blamed the one I became
Oh yes, oh yes I've let you down
Now fall, now fall and silently drown
