Secret escape from lonely truth

by Sarah   Apr 27, 2006

Please read it through because otherwise its quite pointless. i like it but its a little off so i apologize ahead of time

Gaze across the smoky fog
Moist and muddy in morning rain
This lonely bow I sit upon
Swaying in the morning breeze moaning with an eerie pain
Climb down slowly, clammy hands
Numbly grasping every slimy limb
Frizzy hair clings to face and neck in sopping strands
Little droplets run down face and chin
Broken, moldy, wet and rotting leaves
Cling to dripping clothes
The forest has a presence, haunting shadows that it throws
Run, tearing through the wood, trying to calmly breathe
Spring out into the clearing!
Body chilled through skin and bone
No more shadows to be fearing
Lay down in the soggy field, exhausted and alone
Sickly, wet, straw-like bed
Staring up at summer rain
Blinking as the droplets wash over face and head
My muddy face is lightly stained

Lay there blinking
Deeply thinking
Think too hard and start to cry
Lying there
Crying there
Stop and realize where you are!
I've come to far.
Get up
Run home
No longer wet, cold, and alone

SARAH, i never ever want you to feel alone.. baby, i am here... i am here... as far as we are apart right now, i want you to know, that if there is EVER anything, you need.. dont hessitate to ask, i am always htere of ryou, and if ever there should be a thing that you need... i will too be hideing in the trees, face middy and faintly tainted.. This is beautoful, do not forget those who are family..
