He Holds Me High

by Daenerys Stormborn   Apr 30, 2006

He Holds Me High (sonnet)

In high esteem, he holds me so dear
For all to see, behold, I am his love
Superior to Queens, it may sound queer
But in his heart, I am the great above
He whispers gently, words for only me
And praises words I do or do not veil
My silence is his greatest mystery
For he, not I, can follow my mind's trail
Alas, I am lost to the role he plays
In the future of my personal life
I am blind in differing love from phase
Though I hope he wishes me for his wife
In time, the truth of he and I will tell
What is in store, and so, I mustn't dwell

I love you forever babe.
