Very, very sad. Life is too precious...I didnt really understand why the woman in your poem had the abortion and I find it profoundly sad the amount of apathy there is about such subjects in society today. The last stanza really stood out for me. Welldone...

Hmmm... so from your footnote... this is obviously not something that happened to you... its a good poem... but not as deep as your others. Im very strongly against abortion and if i were to ever get an abortion (or was forced to get one) i would probably kill myself too. I've got to say with a little revision you could probably make this poem rhyme... or make it stronger... and it would be a hundred times better then what it already is... Much Love, Jen

Hey. Truthfully I didn't feel this was really a poem poem as it did not follow a strict rhythm. However, I too have some of those, and even mine don't have as much truth or feeling as this one did. So over all, it's really really good with alot of feeling and hurt. This actually hits a little close to home for me, and the topic of abortion is no news to anyone anymore; unfortunately it's becoming a common 'solution' for teens and even adults. Great job!

:/ I don't really like abortions, so I shouldn't have read this poem.. It really creeps me out, especially about the blood on the floor. I would give you a 4/5, but that wouldn't be fair.
