Ex-Friend

Being your friend was the best joy I have felt in a long time.
Knowing that you were always going to be there for me, made me feel like everything was going to be OK.
So wrong I was to believe such stupid lies.
You have moved on to new friends and it hurts so badly every time I see you in the hall, laughing and joking, telling them funny you jokes you told me when we were friends.
We were the 3 stooges you named us your self, you promised we would be friends for life and not fight over stupid little things.
When I try to talk to you in school, your answers are always whatever or f.u.c.k off, after school when your new group isn't their its a different story.
You pretending we are best friends again trying to plan to all go out again, like we used to.
Just because your other friends are busy, we are your last resort now.
We have been there for you through thick and thin, but does that matter now, no.
I dont do second best friends any more, thats enough.
When they ditch you, when you come crying back to us you can expect my I TOLD YOU SO speech and for us to walk away from you.
