Let Us Hear The Voice

I have eyes,
let me see the Father.
I have a mouth,
let me speak to the Son.
I have ears,
let me hear the Voice.

The earth and all the planets
revolve around the sun.
Man and all the others
revolve around the world.
Nothing else matters to them.
They must have money,
they must have clothes,
they must have cars,
they must have phones.
They must have everything!
If the earth and all the planets
revolve around the sun,
and man and all the others
revolve around worldly things,
why can't we,
the Christians,
revolve around the Son?

After all, He is the One
who gave us life.
After all, He is the One
who made us who we are.
After all, He is the One
who died for OUR sins.

We're all on earth together,
always wanting
more and more
material things.
Why can't we give a little back to Him?
God gave us so much,
and yet we want more.

We all have eyes,
let us see the Father.
We all have mouths,
let us speak to the Son.
We all have ears,
let us hear the Voice.

He's calling out to us,
yet we drown Him out
with our requests
for something more.
Come,
let us hear the Voice!
