Why Love?

by МÅťťђĕш Яĕĩŋĕßĕřg   May 27, 2006

Too true in perfect harmony they were.
Yet love's first glance did bring them both to stay.
And in the end they never did concur.
Yet fair love kept them tied along the way.
It is this wish to know when others say,
?How doth the sun bestow its pleasant light,
And keeps all dark thoughts I may have at bay?
I wish I saw the rope that binds them tight.
Yet should I know the secret to things bright
And in turn set a course for each new hour,
Just who would share this love I knew so right?
An answer to this problem yields the power.
To ask to share the thoughts I have to give,
Would mean it is with you that I must live.
